1Deciding on a style of boots

SMOKE JUMPER
This is one of White’s’s signature models. The name ‘Smoke Jumper’ derives from the firefighters who are dropped by helicopter into forest areas that cannot be reached from the ground during wildfires to carry out firefighting operations. I believe this is White’s finest creation yet, as its comfort—which belies its appearance—and the way it moulds to the foot the more it is worn have completely redefined our understanding of what a boot should be.

SEMI DRESS
These are dress-style boots from White’s. They feature a slim silhouette and raw-edge detailing, and are made with nylon laces. With a relatively short 5-inch shaft, they are designed to complement any outfit.

PACKER (WORK PACKER)
The Packer is White’s oldest model. It is the style of boot that cowboys used to wear whilst herding cattle. It features a smart, Western-style design not typically seen in smoke jumper boots.

HUNTER
A key feature of the Smoke Jumper is its use of leather lined with leather and impregnated with highly water-resistant silicone. Furthermore, a mid-height wedge has been added to the sole, making it even tougher and more robust than other models.
