August is drawing to a close, and before I know it, it’ll be September.

The heat has eased off a little recently, and the temperatures are now more bearable than they were at their peak, aren’t they?

In August, the weather remained unsettled, partly due to the typhoons, and I seem to recall that I often had to wear my rain boots.

It’s become one of my favourites this year tooTasselled loafershesitated to put them on, and

I used to wear Trickers and Red Wings frequently, as they’re the sort of shoes you can wear without a second thought, even in bad weather.

The shoes we’ve received this time are also a reliable pair that you can wear without a care, even in bad weather.

When it comes to American outdoor boot brands, ‘Danner’ is the name that springs to mind.

Among these, the Danner Light is arguably the brand’s signature model.

It is also known for being the first in the world to incorporate ‘GORE-TEX’—which offers excellent waterproofing and breathability—into footwear.

The outsole is a Vibram rubber sole that can be worn without hesitation, even in bad weather.

It is characterised by its excellent durability and grip.

On closer inspection, you can see that the heel has been repaired using the same Vibram material as the outsole.

If it is the outsole, we can carry out a partial repair using a material similar to this one.

As they’d been worn for many years and were generally worn down, we’ve carried out a full resole this time!

We have replaced this one as well.

If you’re having the outsole replaced, it’s a good idea to have these parts repaired at the same time.

The edges have been neatly trimmed to give a clean, crisp finish.

It looks like I’ll be able to wear this comfortably even in bad weather☆
