[White’s Boots]

White’s Boots was founded in Virginia, USA, in 1853, and
It is a long-established boot manufacturer, currently based in Spokane, Washington, with a history stretching back over 150 years.

Originally, the company manufactured boots for workers during the American frontier era, and,
It made a name for itself particularly with its boots designed for forest fire fighters (smoke jumpers).

To this day, they continue to uphold the traditional stitch-down construction method and provide highly durable boots, and,
This craftsmanship is highly regarded by boot enthusiasts and professionals around the world.

We’ve received a pair of boots ordered from White’s Boots, so we’d like to introduce them to you.

The model is the Smoke Jumper, a flagship product from Whites.

The upper features a two-tone design.

The toe and heel areas are made of black oiled leather,

You have chosen the Red Dog Roughout finish for the quarter (shaft section).

The contrast between black and red is lovely, and
The contrast between the smooth leather and the suede is also an interesting touch.

And finally, #4811(Standard last for smoke jumpers)
Registered as a trademark in 1926 as one of the original ‘Arch-Ease™’ lasts, it is the longest-established last in the Whites collection.

It features a firm ‘Arch Ease’ design that provides firm support for the arch of the foot.

This time, we also received an order for a zip unit.

With this, it’s a breeze to slip on and off even tall boots.

The set includes a falstan, a leather cord and a nylon cord.

I ordered the shoes with no toe cap.

I’ve finally finished a pair of shoes that I’m really looking forward to wearing in.
